Following on the current thread that is basically saying that the LEI product is more expensive than other oranges or apples similar to the LEI banana poses a question in my mind.

Surely CACI did their pre-homework and despite the apparent 'higher cost' found enough of interest to team up with LEI with a view to progressing future orders in suitable markets, etc. based on the quality and effectiveness of our more expensive safer banana?

There must have been some serious attraction otherwise CACI would have teamed up with the current contractors? No?.
