BIG group NTEK Update:
Folks I wanted to provide you with an update based on a call I just concluded with David Foley. I had left him a message with some clarifying questions relative to the partnership with Ciao released today.
He called back this evening and we talked this deal at length. Currently Ciao has a streaming box but only in 1080P format. The company is opening 40 retail outlets all to be open in time for the holiday season.
NanoTech will be providing the technology and Ciao will essentially be rebranding under the Ciao labeling, slapping a red box around it. They will also be providing the panels and manufacturing associated. Shipping to Ciao will commence the 3rd week of October.
So I asked the question, "what technology will NanoTech be providing?" "Is it the NP-1 you will be shipping them for rebranding?"
Answer: YES
What does that signal to us? (Insert Jeopardy music)
It tells us that the Nuvola NP-1 is READY!!!!! If they are shipping the guts of the NP-1 to Ciao beginning October 14th doesn't it stand to reason that the home grown version will be in manufacturing at the same time? YEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!
I was also able to get the initial size of the prize related to the Ciao deal. David told me they just signed a $2.5MM PO! That's between now and December 31st. None of which was included in the revenue projections shared several months back!!
Folks I'm telling you now this company is so incredibly undervalued at current levels. The revenue streams that have already been shared that we're NOT included in the original revenue projections are INSANE!!! Q4 results will halt this stock if we are trading at these silly levels. I'm telling you that from experience we are heading in that direction. The halt I speak of is not a bad halt either. Say we are trading in the .15-.20 channel at the time Q4 is released, which I would be shocked if it were the case, most likely trading closer to .40-.50.
If Q4 drops revenues in the neighborhood of $40MM, instant multi millionaires will be made overnight as this stock will move 300-500% in a week. No joke. I've seen it happen.
Here is what I think is next and very very soon. A PR announcing that the testing for the NP-1 is complete and thy naming of a manufacturer. Shortly after the ready for ship announcement.
This goes without saying. You sell NTEK shares now, you've been listening to way too much Justin Bieber music and as a result it's making you stupid. Plain and simple.
