I'm beginning to wonder myself.
Regarding the size of the ADS implementation and the possible
revenue projections, I would suspect the stock would get some
strong support from present levels...............

and therefore the 1 for 100 might be in review by the board as
too strong a reverse split.
I do know they want to get this implementation "rolling" and expanding.

It would bring the Outstanding share number to around 7.5MM which seems a little light for any real pop in share demand and growth.
However, that 14C statement of "reducing" the Authorized shares to
225MM gives the company LOTS of room to authorize and Issue a
bunch more shares to generate operating capital.......but that is
dilutive to present shareholders and hopefully they won't have to do too much of that.

Hopefully, we'll get some more info in a week or two.
