As in the past, you have been fooled once again pennstreet. Maybe you should stay clear of penny stocks or at least do not promote them, even if you lose A PP investor or two.
I believe this "true business man" you speak of is uneducated, has failed in business by way of BK twice, and has allegedly submitted false or misleading information in court filings, SEC filings and product PR's.
And you think CDEx has moved pass "the scam stuff"? You are very sadly mistaken. Do you truly fail to recognize the scam is progressing just as it has in the past or do you just not want to admit it?
