this is how it all started in 2011. R/S all the big investors raped the pps down and picked up shares to compensate for R/S and then opened flood gates and banked all the way from 30s to 1.80s.

Neil allowed it to happen. And it will happen all over again.

There is no way he would be able to dilute at will and find investors to keep throwing in money.

Everyone has piece of the pie now and the float is small
