ok to start.....look at Iron ridge....that money was to pay off employees, buy product ect ect....run the fn company....MATT S. whom had control of the monies from Iron Ridge.....made a commission off of every time monies went out

The CFO All the attorney's form the patent attorney, to the corporate attorneys SEC attorney's all got big checks outta that money and commissions were paid.....none of that money was ever used for what it was supposed to be used for.

One could assume if one looked, that stocks were issued and what the real deal was going to be Johnny could get trumped on the deal and the patents would be owned by someone else..

Now, one wonders why that possible and real sanerio did not happen.
