I can't accept your premise. Unless you are in the room with Mr. Day and are aware of the state of affairs, none of us are in a position to say with any certainty what is or is not going on. A closer look at the latest communication from the company is telling a clear story. It is not a story that Momo Players, Day Traders, Flippers and the like will be happy with. The game changed when the Patent was received. Mr. Day expressed to me via phone call that it was his most pressing concern at the time. The other events subsequent to that are in line with a consistent foundation building approach. Boring to those who want daily rewards to brag about and spend on whatever.

Like my Drunk Driving example I have referred to in the past, this issue with Texting, Sexting, Emailing, and Cyber Bullying now and Lord knows what in the future is not going away, EVER. Build a brand, it's reputation, it's loyalty, and everything else will take care of itself. This may or may not take awhile, but one thing is for sure. Someone will become the go to Brand and have it's groupies like Coke has Pepsi. You don't have to be the big dog in the hunt to get the rewards the numbers bring. You eat too, just not first or the tastiest parts, but you eat and survive just fine. The market for this is as big as any I have seen in my time. People love their devices. Look at some of the largest Companies in the world with connections to the cyber/communications space, Microsoft, Intel, Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Verizon, etc, etc, etc. The list is long and impressive. Plenty of space for WBSI and Mr. Day. Just get it right, right off the bat and good things will come.

One final thought:

When males go look for cars or trucks, what do they want to know? Engine size, Tires, Looks, Performance, etc. What do Females look at? Safety(Mom's number 1 concern), Dependability, Ease of use. Define your customer. Meet the needs of the customer. Deliver on what you promise. I suspect Mr. Day is very concerned with that last one. The re-launch should be interesting.
