Its an ESCALATION when they take 475k on Sept 19th instead of 950k on Sept 16th?

need a calculator.

it appears that based on CURRENT info from the discussions that MRL is comfortable lightening up the early payments in lieu of larger payments on back end. MRL must be pretty comfortable with the ability to receive those payments.
