Does the promo start tomorrow.... since it seems likley with the way this has traded this week that a promo is coming.... maybe I am wrong who knows...but those blocks going thru on the bid...and the ASK is all herky jerky.... looks like a promo outfit buying shares to me. Have to watch and see if the emails come in....
