LA - that pretty much sums up my response...

You're absolutely right, no words were twisted - nor have they ever been. And the use of Bill Gates and MSFT was meant only to explain that upper management, in most cases, do not buy shares on the open market of the company they work for. They usually take shares as part of payment or because they own the company.
