It's apparent that Quture management isn't capable to meet their statement on the latest submitted NT 10-K/A...."Quture currently anticipates that the Form 10-K for the year ended April 30, 2013 will be filed as soon as practicable and no later than September 30, 2013".... Since there are rumorers popping up again of a buy out, I'm wondering if the late 10k is due to a possible buy out?
