I am a realist. I apologize if that doesn't suit the MO of the board.

There are many negative things to post if I really wanted to be negative, but I fear it would just draw the ire of the those who just want to forget about all the indiscretions of management over the last few years.

I understand some here are very much underwater and losing perspective is the first casualty of these kinds of situations.
