If you noticed on the charts above is settling after the dust, the rallies started when the MACD turned positive. As well this is exactly where PWEI is at right now (view chart here). As the MACD continues to go positive, PWEI could quickly soar on continued APS? and break the 50-60 cents levels in my opinion.
