MazelMan, why don't you give PPHM IR a break!

All calling them, passing phone numbers, etc is going to achieve noting but result in what stock brokers did in crisis times: hook off the phone and leave the hook on the table.

No information of any value will be extracted from IR in this way. And that is actually a good thing.

The whole idea is that a publicly listed company disperses information in such a way that all market player have an equal chance to receive it. That is what material event qualification and news proliferation HALTS of NASDAQ are all about. Even the SEC breaker is aimed at equal chances to trade (blocking boxes that can react fast to news and allow the quote stack to rebuild).

BTW: The call information reported by Threes from his IR call is authentic in that it maches that from other calls. You are not going to get much more then that. A few other people already called in the past period and got answers along the same lines to equally harmless questions or non to less harmful questions. And that isn't specific to Chris/Jay/Mark/ect but to IR in general. And never anything we didn't already all know (or it would have been posted).

What was NEW from the information of Threes is the 3Y period for imaging. First time I hear that!

And as far as CSM is concerned. PPHM prefers settlement but if impossible will go the full length in demanding compensation for the consequences of neglect. That is what you in general get as a conceptual reply form PPHM when asking about CSM.

Not a word more! Not even a comment on what chances they give themselves, what amounts could be expected, EXCEPT one thing (something I tough in the past would have been a possibility but apparently isn't and never was): a settlement in kinds, even partially, seems not to be part of the equation. The Avid investments (labeling, etc) have NOTHING to do with a possible transfer of equipment from CSM but is an UNRELATED Avid investment in its production line!

Apparently Avid can, for some undisclosed reason, not wait to make this investment and it was never a plan to wait or in anyway include CSM equipment in it.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
