Again wrong, GERS filed a transfer request to centralize this litigation in the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of Indiana or the District of Minnesota in 2010 which is now granted.

So the "transfer of 2010" you are reffering to, isn't a transfer it's a request that is now granted. the request also stated to centralize this litigation ALSO GRANTED! As you can clearly see all the cases are now under ONE judge and ONE district. So there are no new cases because there was no transfer in 2010. The transfers have happened 2 weeks ago and the litigation is happening NOW!!!!
