Nope. All I can think of is the SEC has been delisting Chinese companies that have been delinquent in filing. The volume certainly is different.

Some of the other Chinese battery stocks have been heating up a little like CBAK and HPJ. HPJ is similar in annual sales to DFEL and also started a lithium ion division. They however are current in their reporting to the SEC.

I found this odd as well. Note the NiMH division at the end. It has the same address as China TMK battery on their old site. Is this the lithium ion division they bought?
