Usually, the rep., secretary etc. don't know jack (he/she could only confirm public info (history of events) & may not know anything about the upcoming event relating to the co.)~ In the business world, when it come down to Big Mergers/Acquisitions usually only the top executives of the two parties (involving in the merger) would know (Ex: CEOs, CFOs, CMOs of both party...and by law they can't even share their co. info with their kids, wife, parents, etc).

We have a lot of buy vol lately, maybe some info was lead & someone or groups know that big news is near...
