Maybe you can clear this up for me: if I see that the ask is at 0.035 and I place a buy at 0.035, why can't I buy those shares at 0.035 right away!? This morning the I was on 3 different asks for over 30 minutes without the ask changing while my buy was there. Who ultimately decided to fill the order?
