owning AMBS shares would give BD a stake in the whole company and not just the diagnostics division

However on paper, the contract would be an equity stake in the Diagnostic Division only - all of which leaves open the distinct possibility of AMBS spinning off the Diagnostics Division at some point in time. The only question remaining - what would be the catalyst for same? Many possibilities are created under this scenario, of which funding for MANF would be primary.
