It sounds like you have corrupted data stored on your computer and you need to delete your ADVFN java cache folder. This is quite easy, please follow these instructions:
Close all of your open Internet browsers, even ones not displaying advfn.com
Go to My Computer > C Drive > Documents and Settings (or "Users" in Vista) > [Folder with your name on it] and delete the folder marked ADVFN.
You should now be able to log in and view the Level 2 page normally.
