MIAMI, Jan 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EZ2Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:EZTO) announces the appointment of Jack Alfandary as Executive Consultant in charge of developing the EZ2Music division.

Alfandary will be in charge of developing the business strategy and creating a successful business model for the EZ2Companies Digital Music Service. He will also head talks with Record Labels and other content that will be sold on EZ2Music.com.
