Prior to the start of the mass registration exercise, The Mass Social Welfare Scheme carries out a number of preparatory activities such as:

Recruitment and Training of professional to assist in the nationwide recruitment and Training of MSWS staff to generally oversee the mass registration exercise.

Testing, Selection, Training and Recruitment of competent Regional, District, Zonal, Sector and Core Group Heads to function as general supervisors over their respective subordinates.

Deployment of personnel (including Workstation Operators) and equipment.
