OK rephrase...How do you plan to further fund CDEX??

!. USE the PEMCO group and take over. Fire the CEO and appt a new one. replace some BOD members, but not all. Push some franchises and shares.

2. Issue a new set of Distributerships. Sell them on the OIL patch, where people are used to trading in/buying dry holes.
