This could be debated all day. It could be a PR stunt directed towards Google. It could have been put out there to stabilize the PPS and keep investors, specifically institutional investors in the game until this Judge gets off of his keister and starts making some decisions. The only people who know at this point as to why this was released is VRNG management. All I care is if it moves the stock price north of where it is currently. I don't care about anything else except the stock price!
