Howdy Adam! Cool to hear from a neighbor. I live in Pheasant Creek subdivision, which is more or less behind the Sugar Land airport, or across the bayou from Stephen F. Austin H.S. Been living there for about 27 years. I've worked for the same company for almost 30 years, CenterPoint Energy.

I'm visiting in California right now, but after Monday, give me a shout sometime and I'll meet you for coffee. A good place is Minute Coffee off Hwy 6 near Fluor Dr. Maybe we can figure out this thing called Fannie Mae.
