Yes, we did meet them on Sep. 14 in San Francisco, but we did not have any paper signed.

We attended the meeting for approaching mine tailings or any precious metals bearing material refinery business. We did not begin negotiations on an ore purchase and a joint venture to begin operations at the Excelsior Mine.

Well I saw your company was getting involved in buying precious metals bearing mining sand, And you would then ship it off to smelters to be refined. And I have became interested in investing in companies with claims in the great excelsior mine. I was wondering if your company was really in discussions with either Helmer directional drilling as the company had stated or with a subsidary of theirs Excelsior gold and metals. Discussions of a possible ore purchase from them for the great excelsior mine and possible joint venture to get operations going there?? Or was this company just making false claims?
