Imagine if this happened to you:
First, think of any blockbuster drug ever and the company behind it. Now imagine you have a specific medical condition that the blockbuster drug could correct/help/completely fix and you got your hands on it before clinical trials were completed, before FDA approval, before the rest of the public knew about it and got to use it.
