So if I tell you I have a friend selling 3mil shares for personnel reasons. Is that insider? Likewise if Ben has a friend outside of the inner circle is that insider. I don't think so. I am not an expert. This is just my opinion. But I don't see how that would be a problem. Especially if it was after the shares were sold.
