Some simple arithmetic...

As an example the Nissan Leaf has a 24 Kw battery. Assume that most of the capacity will be consumed each day as a person drives to and from work so that 20 Kw has to be replaced each day. Chicago electric rates are about 12 cents per Kw. So if a person uses 20 Kw per day that's about $2.40. Driving to work and back 20 times per month uses about $48 of electricity.

If the flat rate to charge your car every day is between $50 - $60... $48 of that goes to the local utility for the electricity, that leaves about $7.00 for JNSH and the property owner to split as "profit". If JNS gets half of that... $3.50... can they even do the required maintenance and cover administrative costs? How are they going to make a profit on this endeavor? First they have to get all the charge stations up and running again... using expensive union labor... How do they make any money ? This is the reason the stock is at .01.

The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary
