Interesting when combining that fact and, (I believe it was Pepi), the issue with shareholders and missing PVSP shares in TDA accounts. TDA failure to deliver with Finra is certainly a different type of FTD to shareholders. Undoubtedly, if you move the shares to TDA I'm sure they would be grateful. Now, if all TDA holders requested their certificates PVSP would probably have one of those massive runs into silver zone.
