Lots of progress on the legal proceedings thanks HW for the update; like an earlier poster mentioned this will likely be a lengthy debate. Lucky for us Magna's Michael Eisenberg couldn't argue himself out of a Freudian Slip, and Cereplast's Robert Brady is hood.
Not only is Cereplast fighting the good fight against manipulation in the market place that all trader's should appreciate but similarly fighting the entrenched forces/lobbies like big oil with trying to get market share - like FS said "they are a very disruptive initiative". Wouldn't be surprised both participate here.
