No it can't hurt.. We are down here playing with .0001's-2's with eyes open. If they can get it going without doing another R/S then we did it right. We're not here putting up the house on a sub-penny.. There is a market and they will not be the first but they can be in a group of considered the first. Lets Go EV•CAR•CO
