there is no hype on the airforce... I have seen this with other companies... aura systems is one...they are now doing government sales, but it took forever in testing of the auragen (Viper), much like here... the tipoff is they come back and ask for revisions to acceptable initial testing.... now they are just working out the expected usage over time to get a feel of real time uses, field operations and the operator mistakes/damages to expect in routine usage and the big thing is how the supply chain functions in real time... once that gets smoothed out the contracts will be issued and this company will have a steady base of csshflow... by the way, many NATO countries let the US take the lead on these types of projects then adopt as well....
