Timeframe sounds realistic. Chap11 takes months, thereafter from my experience, financials need to be up-to-date before reopening funding negotiations. Lenders will also have to review Chap11 verdict too. These will all take some time n open up questions n uncertainties in the meantime. One of my key questions is whether commons will remain or whether will current SS be altered later. If all falls into place n commons or SS survives status quo, then it may be very profitable later on. GLTA
