Sanddancer,,,I believe you are wrong, the shareholders' will have a say, just like what's happening with the recent Molex and SourceFire!!

IMHO, If any offer is under 1 billion would be a crying shame and simply a sell out!

They diluted and issued themselves shares and selling when a company like SourceFire with ONLY 5 MILLION in net revenue, sold for $ 2.7 billion!! Come on, be real.

Today was just the beginning of something that maybe incredible.

But, $ 400 million, would be ridiculous.
