It was effective(funny) for me, but I can't eliminate that possibility. We really need to know the terms of the purchase. Say for instance if we knew it had somehow been paid in full, I'd have a lot less doubts now. Even then, could the exchange note holders consider it part of their debt if they started getting aggressive. I like your optimism.
