So they at any time have the ability to R/S...so as LV states Conboy can continue to issue toxic stock to whomever (redwood)upto 2 billion more shares...sorry 1.5B more as issued is at 500M...AND THEN AT HIS DIGRESSION Conboy can R/S....wow, shareholders actually have to trust this guy. I was hoping for a r/s and him dropping pps back down as that would be the only entry point worthwhile. I just don't see how any new investors would want to come into this stock as too many other have exit strategies before they would get their ROI. So I will stick with my opinion that the HD deal will be taken out of Eco's hands and eco simply may get a royalty...which means once again Eco owns nothing and will never have enough to pay off their debts.
