Well, again, it was speculation--and nothing more--that crossed my mind the other night.

As to the SEC reviewing anything, based on what I have learned on this message board, I'm not sure you have the process down. From what I read here in a ton of posts the 2012 numbers should have been posted without delay after the Aug 16 PR when MDHI announced the audit was complete. The full report didn't need to be written, the auditor's vacation could not possibly delay this (or maybe never even took place), an in house review of the numbers and the report was unnecessary and an SEC review would be out of the question.

As I understand it from the education I have received here on the MDHI I-hub message board, Ronnie is purposefully delaying the release so Joel Noel can sell off more shares before there is any chance of the PPS going up so Mr. Noel could actually profit from selling his shares.
