It would be terrible to see your brother wind up in court on your behalf without all prior information regarding your online statements. If you choose to hide this 'not so well kept secret' from him, you may in fact not only disgrace yourself, but the attorney firm in which your bother works. Not to mention the fact, [just in case you haven't read RB], a counter-suit in which PBLS will rigorously pursue all those involved, and further claims if you cause the stock to fall.
I suspect that you're foresight has yet to catch up with your hindsight, that is.... being truthful and reading what you've claim verses what you've posted.
