According to the CEO the Orion claims have quite a bit of potential and could be one of the few - or perhaps sole - commercial placer and/or hard rock gold mine in the Lower 48 since the 1970's:

"Our Joint Venture (JV) is on 5760 Acres of "ACTIVE" record BLM Mining Claims, and OODH controls 640 Acres of that 5760 Acres "Exclusively" via a mineral rights assets assignment that OODH purchased from Bayou Mining, Inc."
