yep, but that's for OTCQX, their initial goal that will not be reached this year. I do not think it is company's fault honestly, as they seem to have really huge stuff (MPDD and beyond) but they might have been a bit too optimistic or just had too much confidence in investors' average behaviour.

They can uplist to OTCQB though, once they are SEC reporting, without any requirement for the pps. That would be a good step I think
