Parties have until Oct 31 to file settlement with court. What ever is being negotiated is obviously larger than a court case and I say that because Pfe has moved forward on trials before a disclosure of the settlement.

Patience is a virtue and I recommend forgetting about this stock until the announcements are made (again, Oct 31)
