Logic says it. Why would insiders further dilute the company with more financing if BD money was at hand? You are not suggesting insiders are attempting to line their pockets at our expense, unnecessarily? I believe insiders did this because a big money deal with BD was not a done deal yet. This is insurance. If it induces BD to pony up, it was worth it. If BD doesn't pony up, this deal is wise.
