If you are new to this board or ECOB...proceed with extreme CAUTION....ECOB just had a shareholder meeting on proposed REVERSE SPLIT and SUSPICIOUSLY there has been NO information RELEASED on the RESULTS....ECOB CEO has exclusive rights to do as large a REVERSE as he sees fit.....THERE HAS BEEN TREMENDOUS DILUTION OVER THE LAST WEEK and ECOB IS OUT OF MONEY....IT IS SUSPECTED ECOB WILL "WIPE OUT" current Shareholders with a 200 to 1000 to 1 reverse split...the COMPANY HAS NOT FILED A 10Q in MANY MONTHS so NOBODY knows how many shares are in the FLOAT...could be upward of a BILLION according to the VOLUME DATA over the last 6 months since the LAST 10Q was filed......PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!....
