No. One deal (roughly half of the 10.5M shares) gives SIAF the option to repurchase the shares for a fixed premium, of 50% I believe. The other deal I'm not sure if they provided any details but it's some sort of loan as well. All of this is from the CC btw. Nothing in black and white that we can check.
