business possiblities sorry not put together very well and stuff is probaly repeated. Long message sorry

I think the chances of having portuscale as one of the mergers is possible, and if true be PRd by monday. Peters expertise is in the renovations and technical operations 0f the cruise ships not running a cruise line. Portuscale owns the M/V porto which was announced but it was not that PV owns this ship, maybe they're doing the work on it.

VDSC is pleased to announce that the merger with www.onedaycruise.gr/ is completed and all that remains is the due diligence and auditing of the financing.

We also are pleased to announce for the first time the cruise operations of the luxury boutique 376 passengers cruise vessel M/V Porto.

This ship has been chartered for this purpose to service short cruises in the Greek islands starting this summer.

The company has engaged the Willis Group of London www.willis.com to obtain all necessary insurances (H&M, P&I, Loss of Hire) for the vessel and its operations.

The management also has set the plans for in house operations for all on board services and activities ( Food, Bars, Shops, Spa, Beauty Salon, Photo, Excursions, and casino (sounds a lot like Fuschals facilities listed on their profile), Hydraiki Group will assist on marketing and bookings of the project).Until each sides books and auditing financials are complelely done down to the smallest most miniscule thing to have files on.
Look what kind of renovation has been done to the M/V Funchal which is currently on a 9 day cruise set to return back to portugese on the 29th. Its like a completely new ship. Something Peters experience and skill could get done. I think a monday press release of this is very possible "group of members of the Azores Cruise Club will be on Tuesday the privilege of visiting Funchal , an authentic journey through history, which will also serve to demonstrate the profound remodeling operated inside. This visit will realize in the coming days." Pictures from last couple of days of this cruise are here http://cruzeirospdl.blogspot.com/ use chrome to translate. And the optional shore excursions could be where SAENZ or Hydraiki come in.

FAciliTiEs From Funchals ship profile
• Restaurants, Deck buffet, show lounge,Disco and bars, medical centre, casino, card room, iteen room, library, internet café, Wellness & beauty center, sauna, Hammam, Photographer, shopping, Arcade,Gym,laundry, lifts, internet service

Portuscale Cruises, the new Portuguese cruise operator established in Lisbon on 27 February 2013, that purchased four of the former Classic International Cruises passenger ships, the FUNCHAL, the LISBOA (ex-PRINCESS DANAE), the PORTO (ex-ARION) and the AZORES (ex-ATHENA) put the PORTO into the Navalrocha drydock nº 1 on 16 May to complete the refurbishment and refit of this classic little ship, and yesterday, on 29 May 2013 she was being repainted in the company's new livery: black hull, yellow funnel and black top. The funnel will have the company logo on each side.
In these fine colours the Company ships shall look truly the classic old girls they are. Next in the dry dock at Navalrocha is the FUNCHAL, and she returns to cruise service on 8 August 2013. Month behind that date funchal was completed.A lot of money is being spent to return all four ships to tip top operational status, and passenger facilities are also being revamped on all ships. Let's wish the new venture is a success.

Joint venture perhaps with Peter who had to supply stock to pay for the renovations? This company will have a successful cruise completed on the 29th with this completely redone vessel.
members of the Azores Cruise Club will be on Tuesday the privilege of visiting Funchal , an authentic journey through history, which will also serve to demonstrate the profound remodeling operated inside. This visit will realize in the coming days september 25, 2013

M/V Funchal is clear and approved. These are great news for all who wanted and did everything to have M/V Funchal sailing again. from ceo messages on portuscales website. did peter do everything to have it sailing again? I would think so being that portuscale is a new company doing the part Peter doesnt know how to. And I also believe Peter has had some involvements with CIC in past or knew some people that had some say and started a venture with this Rui and was able to obtain all CICs ships.

Ceo Messages
"Portuscale Cruises has proved its value for truth. It has demonstrated also its commitment to stakeholders, delivering all means needed for them to be safe and comfortable.
has peter been being honest perhaps this whole time and is just not a good communicator with people who have emailed him and people misunderstanding whats really going on. He doesnt want to do the public relations stuff he wants to do business. And if he had anything to do with M/v Funchal work that was done this year then that would say a lot. Portuscale, and hydraiki can do the public stuff using Saenz yacht chartering (they had 2 yachts built for just such thing) to do excursions to close by islands at ports with not too many activities but im not sure if they still own them now. But they are making revenue starting (MY OWN OPINION AND INTERPRATION OF WHATS GOING ON DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING I SAY CAUSE IT COULD NOT BE TRUE now, that cruise is almost through with 10 day cruise with itineraries dedicated to Azores.

The better each one will be the best we all be.

Portuscale Cruises is committed to its stakeholders and will always practice its values of truth, safety and sustainability.

To our clients in particular, I thank you for the hundreds of letters, calls, mails and great incentive words that you have been sending me and my crew.

Friends and stakeholders of M/V Funchal, thank you for your support and lets proudly see the beautiful Lady Funchal, "the being of the sea" back to sea tonight."

would sound much better in PVEs website descriptions than what is there now. maybe thats why they have been never working on that website at all. And to the plagerized about us section on website you get a complete different website when you add /index.html to the end of pventerprisesinc.com with the plagerism in it, so whos to say those are even real and the companys doing, the company description shows pventerprisesinc.com not pventerprisesinc.oom/index.html which has the panamerican seaways crap in there. Portuscales has had a lot of work done in short time on these ships which Peter is known to be able to do, own a ship we announced new operations for but not owning,

Carnival Cruise Lines considering new Nassau shore option

Posted Mar.14, 2013 under Cruise, Tours

Carnival Cruise Lines is planning to expand options for guests in Nassau, a frequently visited port in the Bahamas.

The cruise line has partnered with Carib Resorts, which is developing a site for shore excursions on a remote island. Carlos Torres de Navarra, Carnival’s vice president for commercial port operations, discussed the project Wednesday during a session at the Cruise Shipping Miami conference in Miami Beach.

After disembarking at the port, passengers will be able to take a small boat to the island, called Balmoral. Torres de Navarra said the island will include elements of Bahamian history and serve as an alternative to shopping and Atlantis, Paradise Island options.

“Some passengers have done that again and again,” he said.

A spokeswoman for Carnival said the cruise line is not ready to reveal details about the project.[/b}. Maybe Peters not in too bad of standing with carnival cruise lines since that seems to be his business plan for SAENZ corporation. Saenz Corporation is a company that will strive to excel in the business of establishing an innovative, first class day charter fun club for cruise vessel passengers at Bahamas Due to the current economic downturn in the yacht chartering business in the Mediterranean area daily charter payment has dramatically dropped to unacceptable levels. It is for this reason that Saenz Corporation has decided to change course. Saenz will establish a daily luxury fun club that specializes in taking passengers from Cruise Ships by charging as low as $60 per person at ports that normally do not have many shore side developments and activities. Saenz is confident this plan will give the company the ability to generate daily revenue and profits that will provide a continuing solid foundation for the company’s long range plan of the new constructions and company’s expansion or were all just being played and nothing is really happening. Ill continuue to add

just a few weird things was thinking about
