If there is a real business plan then I certainly can appreciate the need to move when the pieces are in place (so to speak) and not before. If micro-fill was real (and apparently it was since mention is made in latest financials - if memory serves me) then most likely the problem was taking critical steps pre-maturely. I'm guessing financing was the cause, not the technology or market. Failed startups -- lack of funds (as opposed to marketable product development) often the culprit.
Note that HNSS secured a bridge loan from a reputable small / medium business financer more recently. Interesting to speculate if this player had been around several years ago when the micro-fill rollout was (past) due... Guessing there's more news in the works from this source. Some form of partnership? Who knows... but thats the M.O. for this particular player who's developed several small businesses into profitable enterprises and I wouldn't be surprised if that wraps into next round of PRs and rollout.
