Covington is a reputable investment banker. I feel they thoroughly evaluated the company before signing on for cyclotron financing and they intend to make it happen. Today's pr basically explains how Positron will make the cyclotron profitable, imo. Those investing in the cyclotron would feel its important to have a licensing agreement for the process, and now they have that. The share structure doesn't allow institutions to invest. After the r/s occurs, they can. I don't like the r/s either, but do understand why its happening and what a cyclotron means in the long-term. And I believe Covington knows what it is doing.
