why would they rush?

well they have until Monday night to get FY2013 out or they go "No Information" on the OTC market and even more investors will dump the stock.

Don't need audited financials either just regular back of a napkin ones will do.

There is a chance given the obvious misrepresentation of the situation that OTC decides to give them Caveat emptor status and the dreaded skull and cross bones logo.
