Mr. Ronald Carter, Ron is the Founder of Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Carter is the inventor of the EYETALK. As a career government employee, Mr. Carter has been responsible for housing code, planning and development in several metropolitan areas in North Carolina. He worked from the City of Charlotte as the Chief Housing Development Specialist from 1995 to 2004. Mr. Carter served as the Housing Rehabilitation Supervisor in Winston-Salem, NC. He serves as the Chairman of Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. He served as Director at Family Center, Inc. He also founded the Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina Housing and served as the Chairman of Education and Training for the NC Community Development Association. He is the 1988 recipient of the President's Award presented by the North Carolina Section 8 Housing Association. Mr. Carter is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, where he earned a BA degree in Political Science.
